This iPhone was a great deal and for a used iPhone 12 I couldn’t ask for any better condition there was a very very tiny scratch on the metal but I really had to look for it but for the money this IPhone 12 works great no problems and would definitely recommend 10/10

I’ll admit, I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone but I’m extremely pleased with the item I received. I ordered a blue iPhone 12 in “good” condition, 128 GB. It arrived earlier than I anticipated in beautiful condition. It has no scuffs, scratches, or other noticeable imperfects, and I love the deep blue color. I was nervous that the blue color would be too bright, like a royal blue, but thankfully it isn’t. It’s a deeper “blueberry” color. The phone powered on immediately when I plugged it in and was very easy and straightforward to set up. The iPhone walks you right through the setup process. The battery life percentage says it’s at 100% capacity and the phone operates as expected. I also signed up for the monthly Asurian protection plan and got front and back glass, as well as a camera cover. I’ll definitely be ordering refurbished phone from this vendor again.

The “refurbished- excellent” iPhone that I purchased came with a battery of 83% capacity. For a renewed phone in excellent condition, you would expect a battery with better capacity than that.

Battery capacity seems less than the advertised minimum 80% for reconditioned. But replacement batteries are not expensive.

The phone seemed fine for 5 months. Then it just started randomly turning off and the battery life fluctuated up and down. We also got this message that the battery was incorrect. Now spent money to repair. Wouldn’t recommend.
