Tengo un problema ya que había comprado el teléfono hace 4 meses aprox, y me llegó con el 100% y recién hace un mes de compre el cargador original y ya me bajo 5% y me preocupa ya que la semana pasada había visto y tenía el 96% y hoy lo vi y ya está en 95%, además de que derrepente se calienta muy rápido y la batería se le baja súper rápido y tengo que cargarlo 2 veces al día o así, y quisiera que me ayuden y me den una solución, porfavor

The phone is great, fast, looks brand new, no problems, recommend it for others to buy, only problem I’ve had is the battery health being at 89% when I first got it which is disappointing but I really do recommend others to buy this phone

Phone in great shape and works as expected. So glad I didn’t pay twice as much for a brand new one. Although ive only had it a few days lol. But no indication there’s anything wrong with it

I am so happy with the phone i received! It came fully unlocked with no sim restrictions! I couldn’t get a picture because i purchased it for my daughter! but she loves it! I will look forward to purchasing another phone in the future!

We purchased the phone as a gift for the mother in law. The phone was received nicely boxed and free of any cosmetic defects, looks new.
However, I tried to put a screen protector (tempered glass) on the phone, and the defects were found. There are indentations in the screen. These indentations seem to have no affect on the operation (yet to be noticed) but prevent the glass from laying flat with no bubbles. The screen protectors came in a 3 pack so I tried 3 times, same locations. I know doing the same thing multiple time and expecting a different outcome kinda means I’m insane, but oh well.
There is not enough time to return and retry before her birthday so we are going to go with this one without a screen protector at risk.
So much for renewed “premium”.
Would I purchase again, probably but give us more time to swap it out, my bad for not checking earlier.

100% – it is not difficult to use but still feels unfamiliar – the Amazon choice of phones in this category
is extensive and I am glad I chose this one for my very first – I am an adult and refrained from buying a cell
phone until now. Big step in joining the rest of the world. Thank you Amazon for a good price and a good
phone.
