My ancient 6 plus decided last week that it was just too tired to work anymore. I ordered this iphone 12, and I am So happy with it. It will take a few days to get used to the smaller size, but its such an improvement over the old phone. Its in perfect condition, looks brand new, absolutely no scratches. Has a battery life of 93%, which I am very pleased with. Sometimes you wonder about the refurbished items, but for the prices, I will always take a chance on them. The phone is an Amazon Refurbished one, and they are definitely to be trusted.

iPhone 12 arrived today in perfect, brand new condition. Battery health is 100%! Delivered 3 days sooner than expected. I felt it was really important to order the item as shipped from and sold by Amazon. Was not willing to deal with a third-party seller in case there was an issue. Switching from my old phone was hassle free though Metro by T-Mobile. Super happy with my purchase and the entire experience!

I returned a Renewed Premium iPhone 12 for its non functioning sliding mute switch and ordered this one. It looked like a new phone with battery capacity at 93%. There was no problem setting up the phone. However, my mistake was that I did not test actual phone calls. Two weeks later when I made a phone call I could not hear clearly what the other side was talking about. I thought I may have got a bad line. Unfortunately I found out it is actually the phone’s bad ear speaker, because on the same call, the speaker phone sounds loud and clear, while holding the phone on the ear, you cannot tell what the other side is talking about. I am so disappointed at this so called “Renewed Premium”. I paid extra for a poorly renewed and defective item.
