I am a picky perfectionist, so when I review an item, I either feel dissatisfied or very satisfied with my purchase.
That said, I can tell you I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this purchase. I was unhappy with who they used for shipping, but that is a different story. This review is strictly about the product. It came in a secured box with a 3-foot black USB charging cable. The phone needed to be charged, which I expected, and I did. Setting it up was extremely easy, including going from a SIM to an eSIM, which was much easier than I thought.
Now, the actual phone device. There were NO dings or dents anywhere on this device. It is perfectly new. There are no scratches; there is nothing wrong with this device. I cannot stress enough; THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS DEVICE. It is absolutely like BRAND NEW.
WOW! Many apps I used were running slower because I needed a better phone. I’ve used a couple of them with the new phone, and I’m amazed at how much faster I can do the parts of my job that require using a cell phone.
Even with the new tempered glass screen protector, whether I use a stylus or my finger, I have no problem moving across the screen. It goes smoothly and as fast as I need it to.

Quick note: I went from an iPhone XS-Pro Max to the 16 PRO MAX. I don’t like changing phones often, but when I do, I always get refurbished.
The price of this iPhone 16 Pro Max is incredible because it is like a brand-new phone.

I am considering buying it back as the new iPhone 17’s do not come with physical sim tray and based on my need I prefer the physical sim over Esim but other than that the phone was bit expensive but good.

arrived in perfect condition, works perfectly. quality is absolutely beautiful. i have had a case and screen protector on but i haven’t experienced any issues with scratching or damage. phone does not overheat. beautiful condition, would buy again!

Phone came near mint condition. I chose excellent condition and Amazon as the seller. The phone took a while to ship, but it’s next to perfect. It took exactly two weeks to get to me from the day I purchased. The only scuff is one barely noticeable little scratch in the bottom of the phone. You have to hold the phone as close as possible to your face to see it. Moved from 11 Pro to this, transferring my physical SIM to e-SIM was easy. 90% battery health, screen doesn’t have any scratches from what I can see. I did a phone-to-phone data transfer, over 300 gigs of data. Took roughly 4 hours, but it was faster than what an iCloud transfer would have been. Overall, great condition for a fair price. I desperately needed the upgrade. I recommend checking the reviews of the sellers before purchasing, and if there are no reputable ones, go Amazon. They take longer, but they have standards they have to hold themselves to!

Did have to sign for it like others have stated, but that wasn’t an issue for me.
Tested the cameras, battery and inspected the phone thoroughly. Their was only one tiny blemish on the side as expected since i got the (Good) quality. Other than that the phone is practically brand new. Only 128 charge cycles were used on this phone and it still has 100% battery capacity and everything is functional. It seems my particular seller has bad reviews simply from delivery providers out of their control or its really a hit or miss situation.

Docking one star because the phone came with these sticky clear protectors that left residues on the back camera. It took a bit of careful scrubbing to remove. Otherwise a decent value

Pretty good everything. Works awesomely! I wouldn’t buy New as Apple has good policies but Amazon and their refurbished and reconditioned group is AWESOME and allows for way more flexibility and is LESS obtuse than any of the big brands 🍎 samsang etc.. what a company.

100% battery health. It had no scratching. It was unlock, works brand new. Only issue was the it came with a little charging cable and It had a scratch on my screen

Es la primera vez que compro un teléfono reacondicionado y aunque tenía mis dudas lo compré en una promo de meses sin intereses y ciertamente me ha encantado, tenía dos pequeños raspones (no en la pantalla) pero casi inperceptibles, tiene batería en “buen estado” y un 90% de vida me parece; yo lo volvería a comprar tomando en cunta que vengo de un Iphone 11 ya en las últimas.
Lo único que me falló fue que supuse que por ser chip dual tendría para ingresarle un chip en físico y tuve que pasarme a un eSim pero el propio teléfono hizo el proceso y solo le fui dando en aceptar.
