Didn’t find this stick easy to use and it left files behind it wasn’t fast and storage capacity was difficult to determine…
I will say it can be good for some tech savvy individuals but not for me…

I purchased this to transfer my phone pictures for storage. I like it as it is so easy to use, small, yet holds so many pictures. I would definitely purchase this again.

Not compatible with iphone 13 Pro Max apparently. I hate leaving bad reviews. Can not get it to download but 12 items of nearly 60,000 photos and not one single one had any relevance to my photos with regards to names or even dates. Followed all the directions – but could not download those 12 to my computer – probably lucky in that regard as they may have been something I did not want on my computer – just don’t know. Been to 4 different computer folks to get this to work. Have not been able to find video to help me with this or a video posted by the company with any viable assistance and no customer service number or email address. Frankly just a waste of $138.99 + 9.5% sales tax and about 40 hours of work. No Thanks.

No it is not living up to expectations is the answer to the question.I am still trying to get it to do what I purchased it for (back up videos) I have made some progress ie my iPad does now recognise the photostick on occasions.I have visited the help pages several times,I will have to persevere.
